This Privacy Policy explains how Shendeng VPN (referred to as “this Service” or “we”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use the mobile application (the “App”). We process data on a necessary, transparent, and minimal basis.

When you download, launch, or use the App, we may collect information required to operate the service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app activity path, connection status, and approximate region. This data is used to recommend available routes, improve line quality through anonymized aggregate statistics, and send necessary service, security, or account notices.

We share anonymized or aggregated data with necessary third-party providers only where required for app distribution, crash diagnostics, analytics, and feature improvement, such as Google Play Services and Firebase. We do not sell or rent personal information. We may disclose information only when required by legal process, necessary to protect users or platform security, or handled by service providers bound by confidentiality obligations.

User-provided data is retained during the service term and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To delete your account or personal profile, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13; if we discover such data was collected by mistake, we will delete it promptly. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and physical and electronic safeguards to protect information.

This Privacy Policy may be updated because of regulatory, product, or operational changes. Please review this page regularly. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
