Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Shendeng VPN (the “Service Provider”) for downloading, installing, and using the mobile application (the “App”).

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without authorization. The intellectual property rights in the App, related marks, interface, documentation, and technical work belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. We may adjust features, plans, or fees to maintain service quality and will provide reasonable notice where appropriate. Users are responsible for device security, account credentials, and risks caused by jailbreaking, rooting, malware, or improper configuration.

This Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use may also be subject to those third parties’ terms.

Service availability depends on your device status, network environment, carrier routing, and applicable laws. The Service Provider is not responsible for failures caused by unpaid carrier bills, data caps, weak signals, roaming fees, or device configuration. Mobile data and roaming charges are your responsibility.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate route, node, and app information, but some information may come from third parties or change with external network conditions. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend, adjust, or terminate service within reasonable limits. After termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Technical Issues: If technical problems affect normal use, we will make reasonable efforts to fix them or provide alternatives, but this does not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds are not available where accounts, license keys, or digital rights are resold, shared, or abused, and service may be restricted.

Policy Changes: We may update this policy for operational or compliance reasons. Updates take effect after publication.
